Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced SAP software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based SAP BTP solutions. You will create CAP Java apps, Fiori/UI5 interfaces, and enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.

Role emphasizes scalable, secure, and high-quality applications, with mentorship to junior engineers and collaboration across IT teams. Regular, on-site work in the Raleigh area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains SAP BTP applications and services for Finance IT and enterprise processes.
• Designs enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite including API management and event-driven patterns.
• Develops SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 applications with REST APIs and OData services for modern user experiences.
• Leads code reviews, mentors junior engineers, and enforces secure coding and governance practices.
