Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead/Senior Developer for a remote contract engagement. The role requires a senior Experience Cloud expert with strong Apex/Visualforce skills and hands-on front-end with LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You will lead a client-facing team and guide offshore developers to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities include designing integrations, data modeling, and ensuring performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud developer with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience building custom objects, triggers, and workflows.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for front-end development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore development team and collaborate with client on solutions.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions with performance in mind.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP and platform events.
• Oversee DevOps practices and release management (Git, CI/CD, Copado).
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in live environments.
