Job summary

TechStar Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, configuration, and third-party integrations, with leadership across architecture and development teams.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and ensure governance and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development.
• Advanced Salesforce Apex development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce testing and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
• Review technical designs, code, and development standards.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processes.
• Implement complex business logic using Apex.
• Optimize Apex code for scalability, bulk processing, and governor limits.
• Develop reusable and maintainable technical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and performance issues.
• Develop and customize Lightning Components and Lightning Experience.
