Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of business systems analysis experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of business systems analysis experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool administration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system user satisfaction by responding to emails, calls and inquiries from sales team and system stakeholders.
• Manage user and license setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
• Handle user support tickets and issue resolution.
• Gather and document user requirements.
• Configure Salesforce: Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor user adoption; assist with training and training materials.
