Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Associate Business Systems Analyst to support digital platforms across the business. You will gather requirements, manage users and licenses, and implement Salesforce configurations while ensuring user satisfaction and smooth platform enhancements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, drive adoption, and contribute to the company’s digital transformation journey with a focus on training, documentation, and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of business systems analysis experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of business systems analysis experience
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool administration

Responsibilities

• Contribute to system user satisfaction by promptly responding to emails, phone calls and other inquiries from sales team, dealers, and other system stakeholders.
• All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups for various platforms.
• User support tickets and issue resolution.
• Gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
• Monitor user adoption.
• User training and creating training materials.
• Data and system validation to ensure seamless enhancement releases.
