Job summary

ICF International is seeking an experienced Salesforce System Administrator for federal contracts, with remote work authorized anywhere in the continental US. You will collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and other team members to maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications supporting agency operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce.com applications.
• Experience with user management and security configuration.
• Experience with declarative automation and data management.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Salesforce applications across the lifecycle.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations using Flow.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments.
• Create reports and dashboards to support operations and management.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to implement enhancements.
