ICF International is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for federal operations. You will collaborate with Architects, Admins, BAs, and developers to design, customize, and deploy Apex, LWC, and integrations while adhering to security and SCRUM practices.

Remote work is authorized for continental US, with US Eastern time alignment. The role requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development like Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like GitHub, VSCode, or Jenkins.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in complete application life cycle from technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
• Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical designs into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Apply a configuration-first approach using Salesforce Flow, and reusable platform features before developing custom Apex or Lightning Web Components.
• Create unit tests, participate in peer reviews, and resolve defects identified during functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and error resolution.
• Participate in CI/CD, environment management, release planning, deployment, and post-release support.
• Document configurations and technical decisions while meeting federal security, privacy, accessibility, and operational-readiness requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources like project managers, architects, admins, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and any technical issues.
• Implement multiple AppExchange tools like DocuSign, eSign Live, and others.
• Ability to work well with customers both individually as well as in a highly collaborative team
• Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
