This remote, full-time role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to lead technical discussions with distributed teams in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience designing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, integrations.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs and Salesforce development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance to Salesforce Administrators and Developers.
• Review technical implementations and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation recommendations.
