Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Clouds, shaping technical strategy with strong architectural judgment.

The role requires 6+ years in Salesforce architecture or technical leadership, expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flow, and experience with complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of Salesforce experience, with architecture/leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing model, and platform limits.
• Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
• Experience designing security models at enterprise scale.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
• Track record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple Clouds.
• Drive the technical strategy and standards for security, integration, and customization.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and guide development teams through trade-offs between declarative and programmatic approaches.
