Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of OO programming and proficiency in Apex or another language (C, C#, Java, or JavaScript).
• Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, source control, automated testing, and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to translate business needs into Salesforce/Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production-level code for Salesforce/CPQ software and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis on user-reported issues and implement fixes.
• Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specs.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom software, databases, and automated tests to support stability and code coverage.
• Manage changes via source control and ensure production-ready deployments.
• Coordinate QA and UAT testing for new functionality before release.
• Collaborate with Release Management and Governance teams to meet standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and effectiveness.
