Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer to help our U.S. commercial organization leverage Salesforce to manage accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth.

You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-driven solutions, writing high-quality code that enhances selling capabilities and customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and Oracle CPQ solutions, perform testing, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, source control, automated testing, and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ based solutions.
• Write, develop, and maintain production-level code to build scalable Salesforce and Oracle CPQ software and integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on user-reported issues and implement scalable resolutions.
• Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom software, database components, and automated testing code.
• Manage system changes through source code repositories and deployments.
• Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities before release.
• Collaborate with Release Management and Governance to meet standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance solution effectiveness.
