Job summary

Stryker in the United States (Dallas area) seeks a Salesforce Software Engineer to architect and implement Salesforce-driven solutions for the U.S. commercial organization, strengthening customer relationships and driving growth.

You will partner with Customer Solutions teams, write production-grade Apex and LWC code, integrate with Oracle CPQ, and ensure deployments meet security and governance standards. This role requires a BS in CS or related field, 4+ years software experience, 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong OO programming principles; proficiency in Apex or another OO language (Java/C#/JS).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, source control, automated testing, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain production-ready code for Salesforce and CPQ.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement scalable fixes.
• Document technical specifications for new features.
• Develop and maintain custom software and automated tests.
• Manage version control and production deployments.
