Job summary

Stryker in the United States seeks a Salesforce Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-driven solutions for the U.S. commercial organization, strengthening account management and customer engagement.

You will write production‑level Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrate Oracle CPQ, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure software.

The role emphasizes code quality, testing, and adherence to regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience writing Apex and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and proficiency in Apex and/or Java/C/C#/JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, source control, automated testing, and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into Salesforce and Oracle CPQ based solutions.
• Write, develop, and maintain production-level code to build scalable Salesforce and Oracle CPQ software solutions and integrations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on user-reported issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom software, database components, and automated testing code.
• Manage system changes through source code repositories and deployments.
• Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities for new functionality.
• Collaborate with Release Management, Technical Governance, and Change Advisory teams to meet standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and effectiveness.
