The Education Fund is a non-profit partnership focused on education, training, and workforce development. We seek a Database Applications Administrator to support our Salesforce environments and expand SharePoint administration to improve data integrity and collaboration.

As a key liaison with IT vendors, you will ensure reliable, secure applications, govern data, and support cross-functional projects across the organization while enabling user access and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher education required.
• 3+ years SharePoint config and administration (SharePoint Online).
• 1–2 years Salesforce administration experience.
• 3+ years internal and external user support in Salesforce and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external users in Salesforce orgs.
• Update users data by quality control and remediation.
• Import/export data to support users and DBAs.
• Troubleshoot data/system issues and resolve queries promptly.
• Communicate new features, updates and best practices to users.
• Provide user training and update system documentation.
