Job summary
Cognizant in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to ensure stability and availability of the Salesforce Service Cloud production environment. You will collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional tech teams to minimize disruption and deliver a seamless customer service experience.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with Service Cloud.
- Proven experience resolving L2/L3 incidents within SLAs.
- Strong debugging across Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and PD1.
Responsibilities
- Respond to, triage, and resolve L2/L3 production incidents impacting Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Troubleshoot issues across Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, and integrations using Salesforce tools.
- Proactively monitor production health, governor limits, and batch processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support Service Cloud configuration, data management, and release activities.
