Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Quality Assurance I to validate FedRAMP Moderate/High security controls, Section 508 accessibility, and AI/Agentforce output integrity. You will develop and execute test plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include manual and automated testing with Selenium and Jira, defect tracking, regression and performance testing, and reporting QA metrics. Candidates should have Gov Cloud experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience, including Salesforce Gov Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level required.
• U.S. Citizen with Public Trust eligibility.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps and QA best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with JIRA for defect management.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Case Development: create and maintain detailed test plans and cases.
• Manual & Automated Testing: execute tests using Selenium, JIRA, or other frameworks.
• Defect Identification & Tracking: log bugs and verify fixes.
• Regression & Performance Testing: verify no regressions and test performance.
• Collaboration: work with developers, analysts, PMs to align with business needs.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure adherence to policies, privacy, accessibility.
• Reporting: provide clear test results and QA metrics to stakeholders.
