Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a Salesforce Product Leader to drive analytics and systems integrations across the organization. You will partner with product analysts to translate business needs into actionable requirements, build roadmaps, and ensure best-practice solutions that scale across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates will have substantial Salesforce expertise, experience with nonprofits, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3+ years of product management or similar experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of technical consulting experience.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a functional leader, working alongside the Product Analysts, to manage Salesforce.
• Serve as system lead for Salesforce and related systems and integrations.
• Support the integration of Salesforce and other systems, and coordinate activities related to data flow between systems.
• Prepare and maintain product roadmap(s) defining short/long-term development.
• Guide product analysts to gather business requirements and translate into features, stories, tasks.
