Job summary

Youth Villages, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce-focused Product Manager to lead the integration of Salesforce and related systems, coordinating data flows and enhancing the platform for program teams.

You will partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into features and stories, develop roadmaps, and oversee admin tasks, training, audits, and upgrades. A nonprofit background and Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of product management or similar experience.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years of technical consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations required.
• Salesforce certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce management and system integration with stakeholders.
• Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Oversee admin tasks, user accounts, workflows, and help desk support.
• Coordinate data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Guide testing, rollouts, and analytics reporting.
