Job summary

Dynamic Integrated Services in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to support the VA Omega contract. You will design scalable Salesforce architectures, lead design sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Salesforce architecture and hands-on experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and MuleSoft. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation experience.
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions for VA OMEGA.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance across Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance.
• Evaluate and recommend integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Oversee data modeling, security architecture, and platform performance.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
