Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, identity resolution, data synchronization, and cross-platform architectures.
• Ability to set technical standards and influence decisions across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and guiding engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and long-term strategy for Salesforce ecosystem across multiple clouds.

This role will oversee an ecosystem spanning Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, ensuring the platforms operate together as a secure, scalable, and integrated solution.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture + Strategy

• Own the architectural vision and long-term technical strategy for the organization's Salesforce ecosystem.


• Develop and maintain cross-cloud architecture, data models, identity management strategies, and integration standards.


• Establish best practices and architectural guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability.


• Partner with IT leadership to define the Salesforce roadmap and align platform investments with broader business and technology objectives.


• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders across Customer Service, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Operations.


• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while balancing functionality, complexity, and long-term technical considerations.


• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering Leads, and business leadership to support successful delivery and adoption.

Delivery:

• Provide architectural leadership and design oversight for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and platform initiatives.


• Guide internal development teams and external implementation partners on solution design, technical decisions, and architectural trade-offs.


• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and compliance.


• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, platform upgrades, and opportunities to expand or optimize the existing ecosystem.

Operations:

• Provide architectural support for production incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.


• Drive improvements in platform reliability, monitoring, observability, and technical documentation.


• Support vendor management and oversee external partners involved in Salesforce delivery and platform initiatives.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.


• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.


• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and governing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.


• Strong working knowledge of multiple Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.


• Extensive understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, identity resolution, data synchronization, and cross-platform architecture.


• Proven ability to establish technical standards and influence architectural decisions across teams.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.


• Experience leading technical teams, providing architectural direction, and supporting engineering delivery.
