Job summary

City Year is seeking a Development Operations Analyst - Contractor who will ensure Salesforce data integrity, build reports and dashboards, and support fundraising analytics. This contract role reports to the VP, Development Operations and collaborates with the Development Teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce and Excel.
• Authorized documentation to work in the United States of America.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce, project management, fundraising administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining system & data integrity; serves as Salesforce SME.
• Assist with adding records and merging duplicates; protect confidentiality.
• Analysis and Presentation of Data: assists with weekly and quarterly reporting; build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Prepare concise Salesforce reports and maintain with new data.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate to drive team success.
