TruSummit Solutions, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Functional) to support CRM initiatives in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will translate business needs into actionable Salesforce requirements, prioritize work, and guide Agile sprints with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a functional Business Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, workflows, configurations, and business apps.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to prioritize Agile backlogs.
• Experience breaking down requirements into sprint-deliverable work items.
• Familiarity with marketing content processes, content workflows, or CRM-driven marketing initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Marketing Content Product Owner and stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce CRM and marketing initiatives.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks.
• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and align expectations on dependencies.
• Support agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Assist testing, UAT, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and architects to ensure feasible, compliant Salesforce solutions.
