Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce-focused Account Executive to accelerate bookings and grow strategic financial-services accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets. The role requires building executive relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving multi-year consulting engagements that align with client priorities and FormativGroup capabilities.

This is a remote role with significant travel expectations and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to enterprise clients.
• Strong track record in Wealth/Asset Management or Banking-facing initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Salesforce and BWAM segments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing financial-institution portfolios.
• Lead pursuit strategy with internal and partner teams to close multi-year engagements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and risk assessment for bookings targets.
