FormativGroup is seeking an accomplished Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. This remote role emphasizes executive relationships, consultative selling, and cross-team coordination to close complex engagements.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, build a robust pipeline, and partner with Salesforce and delivery teams to deliver measurable client

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to enterprise clients.
• Experience selling to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $4-6M annual bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies through the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, and related financial institutions.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Account Executives, Industry Advisors, Solution Engineers, and partners to shape and close engagements.
• Lead commercial strategy including qualification, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong sales pipeline (3-4x coverage).
