Job summary

Homes for Heroes seeks a Senior Technology Product & Program Manager to drive the tech roadmap, with Salesforce at its core, delivering measurable business value. You will translate business needs into requirements, manage major initiatives, and oversee external partners and Jira priorities.

You will lead a collaborative culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability, ensuring solutions meet mission-driven goals while enabling adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in technology product/program management or business analysis.
• Salesforce expertise as product owner or program manager.
• Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and delivery outcomes.
• Proficient in Jira-based prioritization, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Vendor management experience with external partners and SOWs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own large technology initiatives from requirements through build, acceptance, release and adoption.
• Lead project management: timeline, risks, dependencies, and daily progress.
• Own the Jira board and executive reporting with accurate status and metrics.
• Manage intake, initiative registry, and prioritization recommendations.
• Drive change enablement, training, and adoption of delivered solutions.
