Socket.dev is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a federal government contract. The role is hands-on with Apex, LWCs, and integrations, collaborating with admins, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced agile environment, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos while ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Salesforce development experience as stated.
• Experience building Salesforce apps, integrations, and custom components.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a federal customer.
• Develop Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with administrators, consultants, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and backlog items for sprints.
• Decompose complex capabilities into testable stories with teams.
• Participate in sprint reviews and solution design demos.
• Identify risks and assist deployment planning across environments.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and federal standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
• Review vulnerability scans and address issues per government guidance.
• Maintain documentation and deployment procedures.
• Support agile ceremonies as needed.
