Job summary

Offprem Technology, a Salesforce consulting firm, seeks a Product Manager to own FastTrack's vision, roadmap, and delivery. You will work with consultants and delivery leads to turn transcripts into requirements, data models, demos, and automated tests, helping our teams move faster.

In this internal product role, success is measured by adoption and impact on delivery speed. You will collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, and Salesforce practice leads to standardize AI workflows and package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PM certifications are a plus (PSPO/CSPO).
• Solid foundation in agile product management practices.
• Experience translating user pain points into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for FastTrack and define tradeoffs to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ship core features end-to-end: transcript-to-requirements, data modeling, demos, automation, testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, and Salesforce leads to standardize AI workflows.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release cycles for adoption post-launch.

Product Manager Accelerated Delivery Platform

Position Overview Offprem Technology builds Salesforce cloud implementations for our clients. FastTrack is the internal platform we use to build them faster. It turns discovery call transcripts into requirement docs, data models, and working demos, automates platform builds like flows, data extensions, and insights, and runs test plans without a human writing them by hand.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own FastTrack's vision, roadmap, and delivery.

This is an internal product, which shapes the job in a few specific ways. Your users are Offprem consultants and delivery leads. People you can talk to any day of the week. Feedback arrives in hours, not quarters. Success isn't measured in Annual Recurring Revenue; it's measured in whether our teams actually use what you ship and whether implementations move faster because of it. If you like being close enough to your users to watch them hit the bug you shipped, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap. Define what FastTrack becomes over the next several releases and make the case for the tradeoffs, tying capabilities to concrete delivery outcomes.
• Ship the core features end to end. Transcript-to-requirements generation, automated data modeling, interactive demo builds, platform automation, and automated test execution — from problem definition through release.
• Work across the org. Partner with Engineering, Delivery, and our Salesforce practice leads to standardize AI workflows and package what works into repeatable offerings.
• Run the lifecycle. Sprint planning, backlog prioritization, PRDs and user stories, release cycles - plus the adoption work that comes after launch, account by account.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Product Management, Certified Scrum Product Owner or Salesforce AI/Data Cloud certifications are a plus.
• AI Understanding (Required): Solid understanding of AI capabilities, prompt logic, and agentic workflows to reduce manual execution effort.
• LLM Development (Nice-to-Have): Hands‑on experience building, fine‑tuning, or configuring Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom AI agents.
• Salesforce Ecosystem: Practical knowledge of Salesforce Product Clouds (e.g., Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Core CRM) and implementation lifecycles.
  

Product Management Skillset

• 3+ years of Agile product management experience driving internal tools, B2B SaaS, or low-code platforms.
• Strong track record of translating user/consultant pain points into clear technical specifications and scalable features.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and data-driven prioritization skills.
