Job summary

OMG Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to drive Data 360 and Life Sciences Cloud initiatives for a pharmaceutical client. This remote role requires hands-on Salesforce engineering and enterprise architecture expertise.

You will design scalable architectures, lead integrations with enterprise systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in Pharma environments. Tableau analytics capabilities are part of the scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related field.
10+ years IT/technology experience.
8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
Senior Salesforce Engineer/Architect experience.
Hands-on Life Sciences/Health Cloud & Data 360 experience.
Experience delivering Salesforce in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
Strong enterprise architecture knowledge: solution, integration, data modeling, security, scalability.
Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with Tableau products.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Design scalable Life Sciences Cloud solutions for Pharma functions.
Drive Salesforce implementations, migrations, and enterprise integrations in regulated environments.
Define solution and integration architecture, data models, security, and governance.
Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Oversee integrations with enterprise apps, data platforms, and external systems.
Provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams.
Ensure regulatory, security, and governance alignment for Pharma.
