Job summary

GTX Solutions is seeking an Implementation Engineer to configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDPs across client engagements. You will build journeys, automations and audience processes, translating designs into tested configurations.

You will work closely with solution architects, analytics teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate implementations and documented runbooks. Remote-first firm with travel as needed; candidates should have strong SQL/AMPscript skills, REST/SOAP API

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on marketing technology implementation, with substantial production Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 2) Proven ability building and troubleshooting Marketing Cloud journeys, automations and audiences.
• 3) Strong SQL and AMPscript for segmentation and personalization, with JavaScript for scripting.
• 4) Experience configuring at least one enterprise CDP, including identity resolution and activation.
• 5) Experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads and data integrations using Postman.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and automations using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Write SQL, AMPscript and platform scripts for audience preparation, personalization and recurring campaigns.
• Implement journey entry/exit rules, eligibility and frequency controls.
• Configure CDP ingestion, identity rules, segments and activation into Marketing Cloud and destinations.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Validate identifiers, field mappings, audience counts and consent across platforms.
• Support reliable email and SMS execution and integrations with direct mail providers.
• Investigate failed automations and journey issues; coordinate with clients and analytics teams.
• Document configurations, dependencies and deployment/runbooks.
