Job summary

JWay Group is seeking a Salesforce CPQ/CLM Consultant to join the team as a flexible, remote-ready professional. You will gather and document business requirements, perform hands-on configuration, and deliver demos to clients, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and quote-to-cash processes.

Ideal candidates have experience as business analysts in Salesforce CPQ implementations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Qualifications

Experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, Analyse and Document Business Requirements, Use cases, and Business Processes.
Review requirements with stakeholders including customers.
Act as single point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to track deliverables.
Provide demos of the solution to customers.
Perform hands-on configuration activities.
Coordinate QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
