Job summary

Aquiva Labs, LLC is seeking a CPQ and Billing Systems Integration Consultant to support Salesforce CPQ and Logisense billing. This remote contract improves billing accuracy, reduces sync errors, and ensures end-to-end data consistency across revenue systems.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce CPQ expertise, strong integration experience (Workato preferred), and can diagnose multi-system issues. 3-month engagement requires PST overlap and collaboration with Finance Systems teams.

Qualifications

Proven Salesforce CPQ expertise covering pricing, quotes, contracts, and renewals.
Hands-on integration experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and identify data-related root causes.
Experience with subscription/billing systems (Logisense) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot data synchronization between Salesforce, CPQ, Workato, and Logisense.
Investigate discrepancies to determine root causes across CPQ configuration, data, or transformation logic.
Review daily system events and validate transactions across platforms.
Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort.
Assess billing readiness ahead of monthly bill runs.
Collaborate with Finance Systems Team and GTM Systems Teams.
Ramp up on Logisense functionality and billing workflows.
