Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of software development
- Strong Apex, Triggers, and class development capabilities
- Experience with LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools like Flows/Process Builder
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) and Sales/Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation via APIs or middleware
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop and optimize CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and quote templates
- Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for cross-functional use
- Build integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
- Provide end-user support and ensure security and deployment processes follow best practices
