Job summary

TruSummit Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (Functional) to support CRM and marketing content initiatives in the pharmaceutical/life sciences space. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, create well-defined user stories, and work with stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

You will help manage the backlog, facilitate discussions, and ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years as a functional Business Analyst or Salesforce-focused analyst.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core capabilities, configurations, and workflows.
Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Experience prioritizing and managing Agile backlogs with Product Owners.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing Content Product Owner and stakeholders to understand objectives.
Gather, analyze, and document Salesforce CRM and marketing requirements.
Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; define scope for sprints.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and dependencies.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing (UAT and release readiness).
Collaborate with admins, developers, and solution architects for feasible solutions.
