EPAM Systems is seeking a Solution Architect to design transformative Salesforce architectures for global enterprises. You will bridge business strategy and technical innovation, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures, translating business needs into technical roadmaps, and mentoring developers to ensure high-quality delivery. Strong API, integration, and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience, leading global projects.
• Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ with API integration.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft or Informatica and REST/SOAP web services.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Technical/Applications) (optional).
• Experience with Agile methodologies; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (optional).

Responsibilities

• Design multi-cloud Salesforce architectures with scalability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for Salesforce platforms and integrated third-party systems.
• Lead implementation teams, review code, and mentor developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems including ERP, legacy databases, and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and goals, converting complex needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Salesforce features and recommending innovations that enhance solution delivery.
