Talent Advantage Group is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform-level architecture across enterprise initiatives.

This role emphasizes scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, with hands-on development as a foundation and a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will guide MVP implementations, develop technical roadmaps, and collaborate with executives, developers, and admins to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT architecture, systems design, Salesforce development, or integration architecture with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Minimum 5 years designing cloud-native integrations.
• Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and platform needs to inform solution design.
• Collaborate with executives, admins, developers to align IT strategy with requirements.
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and reusable across projects.
• Design and implement integration patterns (microservices, event-driven, pub/sub, SOA).
• Oversee API-based and middleware integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Design and optimize data models, relationships, and migration strategies.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize storage and automation.
