Job summary

Cloud for Good is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and education sectors. The role requires deep expertise in Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and integration with external systems.

You will lead technical design, data flows, and release strategies while guiding client engagements and project delivery. The position is fully remote in the USA or Canada, with travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

Salesforce Admin certification required; Architect certifications preferred
Minimum of three years technical implementation experience
Six to seven years of IT experience with Salesforce expertise
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint frameworks
Experience developing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
Knowledge of nonprofit or higher education industries and NPSP/EDU is preferred
Strong consulting, project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead technical requirements gathering sessions
Oversee documentation and data flow diagrams
Guide environment management and release strategies
Provide technical guidance to Services and Sales teams
Lead Salesforce implementation projects and architecture reviews
Create custom applications on Force.com and integrate Salesforce with other systems
Ensure expert-level knowledge of CRM app development and integrations
