Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time remote-capable role in Michigan. You will gather requirements, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce solutions to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, building stakeholder relationships, relaying requirements to development and testing, and providing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce.
• Understanding and Agile mindset.
• Certified as Salesforce Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality.
• Build business stakeholder relationships and relay requirements for development and testing teams.
• Provide training for pre and post deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
