AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time remote-capable role in Michigan. You will gather requirements, configure, maintain, and support Salesforce solutions to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, building stakeholder relationships, relaying requirements to development and testing, and providing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce.
• Understanding and Agile mindset.
• Certified as Salesforce Administrator preferred.

Position Schedule / Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs.

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Salesforce Business Analyst will earn a competitive annual salary of $95,000 - $115,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Paid Holidays:
Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
