Job summary
Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead global Salesforce platforms and modules, ensuring alignment with business needs across sales, service, and commercial operations. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce environments, while partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
The role requires strong hands-on configuration skills, security modeling, and experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and integrations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in global/enterprise environments.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, ARM/RCA/CPQ, Service Cloud and related capabilities.
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and participate in design/testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce administrator for Watts Global platforms and modules.
- Configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce environments; manage users, roles, and permissions.
- Support release management, testing, deployments, and issue resolution; monitor data quality and platform health.
- Develop documentation and training materials; ensure governance and security standards.
