Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our IT team. You will manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platforms across Watts Global, with design and development input as needed for scalable solutions supporting sales, service, and commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a global/enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, automation, reporting, dashboards, and change/release processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce administrator for Watts Global platforms and modules.
• Administer, configure, maintain, and improve Salesforce environments.
• Design and maintain objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
• Support Sales Cloud, ARM/RCA/CPQ, Service Cloud, and related capabilities across the company.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure scalable, supported solutions.
• Develop declarative automation and code in partnership with internal/external teams.
• Support release management, testing, deployments, and issue resolution.
• Monitor platform health, data quality, adoption, and performance; drive improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
