Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experience across North America.

This remote role requires strong security, data governance, and training delivery to staff and partners. You will lead data quality initiatives, manage integrations with Sage Intacct and other tools, and own governance, documentation, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on admin experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including Flow automation and maintenance.
• Experience with nonprofit operations and understanding their needs.
• Experience supporting third-party integrations and connected systems.
• Strong security, data quality, testing, and change management understanding.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to train diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, objects, and dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions for high-quality UX.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, OWDS.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, Apsona.
• Collaborate with partners/vendors to implement cross-platform functionality.
• Develop test plans, manage sandboxes, and enforce change control.
