Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce flows, config, customization and maintenance.
• Experience supporting nonprofits and understanding their needs.
• Experience integrating third-party apps.
• Strong security, data quality, testing, and change-management skills.

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality (Flows, layouts, objects).
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions for users.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, sharing, OWD.
