Jobgether on behalf of a partner nonprofit seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to design, automate, and govern a Salesforce environment supporting North American operations.

You will own data quality, security, documentation, and platform governance, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, build integrations, deliver training, and drive adoption across remote teams. This fully remote role offers professional development, flexible hours, and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flow automation and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, Apsona.
• Lead training sessions to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives and documentation.
• Monitor releases and propose enhancements.
