Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment for a nonprofit-focused organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experience while ensuring data quality, security, and governance across North America in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, lead training sessions, and drive Salesforce adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and Salesforce Administrator certification.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce including complex Flow automation and platform maintenance.
Experience supporting third-party integrations and data quality.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows and dashboards.
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules.
Support integrations with third-party apps and external systems.
Develop and execute test plans and manage sandbox environments.
Lead training and webinars to improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
Drive data quality initiatives and data hygiene processes.
Create and maintain documentation on configurations and integrations.
Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Provide ongoing technical support and prioritize work.
