Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support daily Salesforce operations, customize objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to fit business needs. You will collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to align efforts with strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline plus 1–2 years IT experience, or GED with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience managing escalations from key stakeholders and business users.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM or Salesforce.

Responsibilities
