Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support daily Salesforce operations, customize objects, fields, record types, and page layouts to fit business needs. You will collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to align efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline plus 1–2 years IT experience, or GED with 3+ years related experience.
Experience managing escalations from key stakeholders and business users.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience preferred.
Experience with CRM or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
Partner with product owners and other cross functional teams to align with the business needs
Develop and create reports and dashboards for Directors and end users
Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies
Log and track identified system problems through resolution
Passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions
Other projects or duties as assigned
