Job summary

AdvaMed is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in the Washington, DC area to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the Director, Customer Information Systems and internal stakeholders to implement enhancements and maintain data quality, while supporting third-party systems used by AdvaMed.

You will serve as the primary administrator, handling user management, objects, fields, and validation rules, and you will develop reports and dashboards across multiple data

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant database experience; 4+ years administering Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Hybrid work policy with 2+ days onsite per week in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator: users, objects, fields, validation rules, flows, layouts, and configurations.
• Implements approved Salesforce enhancements, updates, and system improvements.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data solutions using Salesforce and other data sources.
• Monitors data quality, integrity, and consistency within Salesforce and related systems.
• Supports integrations, apps, websites and Experience Cloud sites connecting to Salesforce.
• Documents integration needs and participates in design, testing, and support of data integrations.
• Researches Salesforce releases and recommends functionality improvements.
• Develops system documentation and user training materials.
