Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth and Asset Management, Banking, and related financial services markets. The role requires leading full lifecycle sales, building executive relationships, and coordinating internal and partner teams to shape and close complex engagements.

You will leverage consultative selling and strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge to drive

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services
Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services
Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services sales org and BWAM segment preferred
Track record of meeting or exceeding $4-6M annual sales quotas
Experience leading multi-stakeholder pursuits and coordinating presales, delivery, and legal resources
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to build long-term client and partner relationships that drive revenue

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in Wealth/Asset Management and Banking
Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate cross-functional resources for opportunities
Cultivate relationships with Salesforce executives and key decision-makers
Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with 3-4x coverage of annual bookings target
