Job summary
FormativGroup, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial-services markets. You will own the full sales lifecycle and foster executive relationships within Salesforce and the BWAM segment.

Qualifications
- 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
- Proven success selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking.
- Experience with Salesforce's Financial Services sales org and BWAM segment preferred.
- Proven record meeting annual sales quotas in the $4-6 million range.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies spanning full sales lifecycle.
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Lead pursuit strategies and orchestrate cross-functional resources across opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts with 3-4x coverage.
- Collaborate with Salesforce executives and FormativGroup teams on planning and delivery.
