Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting, platform implementation, or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services organizations.
• Experience working with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization and BWAM segment preferred.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding 4-6 million USD annual bookings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in Wealth/Asset Management and Banking.
• Build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and other stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across opportunities.
• Develop account strategies around Wealth/Asset Management priorities and data modernization.
• Secure large, multi-year consulting engagements with profitable revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline (3-4x coverage) and accurate forecasts.
• Represent FormativGroup in account planning and joint go-to-market activities.
